MOBILE OPERATOR

Any customer of a Mobile Operator will be given the opportunity to subscribe to the SPX Shield service, giving them peace of mind that their device is fully protected. A subscription can be purchased by any customer who has a phone that is in working condition and has no damage.

PAYMENT METHODS Payment for the service will be debited monthly during the subscription period.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE.

Customers can apply for a device replacement at any time during the subscription period. We will provide replacement for the device in any condition. It might be fully in working order or can have any of the following damages:

  • Problem not covered by manufacturer warranty
  • Electrical damage
  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Fire damage
  • Device upgrade
GIFT CARD OPTIONS

Once a customer applies for the SPX Shield Service he/she will receive a gift card (on our expense) in exchange for their device, worth 50% of the market value of the device. The customer will be able to use the gift card to purchase a new device immediately, and the value of the gift card does not depend on the condition of the device.

We can provide our partner with several options for the implementation of the SPX Shield Service:

  • We can issue Mobile Operator gift cards. In this case, the customer will be able to use the gift card to purchase a new device only in the chain of the Mobile Operator. This means that the customer is guaranteed to bring additional profit to the Mobile Operator. This model can be used if the Mobile Operator sells phones.
  • We can issue gift cards to popular Internet Stores/Marketplaces. In this case, the customer can use the gift card to purchase a new device. This model can be used if the Mobile Operator does not sell mobile phones
  • We can issue a gift card to a large offline chain. In this case, the customer can purchase phone from this chain offline.
BUY BACK PROCESS USING THE OPERATORS STORES
  1. Customer comes to the store with the device to use the SPX Shield Service
  2. The store employee sends the validation requests to Smart Protect
  3. Smart Protect staff check validity within 15 minutes
  4. Customer instantly receives a gift card and makes a new purchase in the store
BUY BACK PROCESS USING LOGISTIC COMPANY
  1. Customer registers the claim via call centre, email or chat
  2. Customer sends the device to Smart Protect office via post at our expense
  3. Our employees check the device within one hour of receipt
  4. We dispatches a gift card to customer via email, SMS or post
